Summary:
The project aims to deliver a modern digital tool to support safe and sustainable navigation in the Eastern Mediterranean, as well as in other regions with high touristic and maritime interest. Its innovation lies in the automated generation of Electronic Navigational Charts (ENCs) through streamlined workflows that leverage open hydrospatial data, such as OSM and EMODNet bathymetry. This infrastructure is integrated into the navigational capabilities of the SailPilot app.

This project is carried out within the framework of the “Development of Digital Products and Services” programme of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan Greece 2.0, funded by the European Union – NextGenerationEU.
